SAFE EXIT ASSIST (SEA)*

Safe Exit Assist can help prevent passengers from opening their door by displaying a warning message on the Instrument Cluster and sounding an audible warning when a vehicle is detected, approaching from behind, after your vehicle has stopped. When the Electronic Child Safety Lock is activated and Safe Exit Assist (SEA) detects an approaching vehicle from the rear, the door lock release button will remain disabled, even if pressed by the driver.
