Power Sunroof with Sunshade

The Sunroof glass and Sunshade operation is controlled by a multi-directional switch , and the ignition needs to be in the ON position to operate the sunroof glass and sunshade.

To slide the sunroof glass and sunshade:

Auto Open: Slide switch backward to the farthest position and release (second detent)
Auto Close (Sunroof only): Slide the switch forward to the farthest position and release (second detent)

To Tilt the Sunroof:

Tilt open: Press switch upward
Tilt close: Press switch forward

Quick Tips:

To stop the Sunroof at any position, push or pull the Sunroof control lever in any direction
Adjusting the sunroof past the first stop position (normal), in the fully opened position, may cause wind buffeting noise.

While driving with rear windows down or with the sunroof in an open or partially open position, a wind buffeting or pulsation noise may be heard. This is a normal occurrence and can be reduced or eliminated by the following:
If the noise occurs with one of both of the rear windows down, partially lower both front windows approximately one inch
If the noise occurs with the sunroof open, slightly reduce the size of the sunroof opening

Reminders:

Sunshade needs to remain OPEN while Sunroof is open and vehicle is moving
When closing, be mindful of any objects or persons
If the ignition is turned off with the sunroof not fully closed, the Instrument Cluster will display a warning message and a chime will sound for a few seconds
Do not adjust the sunroof or sunshade while driving. This could result in loss of control of the vehicle
