KIA CONNECT ACTIVATION*

Follow these steps to activate your Kia Connect system:

To enter the activation screen on the Infotainment System

a. Press SETUP key

b. Press Kia Connect†1 icon

c. Press Activate 

  1. Read and agree to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and press SUBMIT
  2. Enter number or email address to receive a verification code. Press SUBMIT
  3. Click on the link and a page will open requesting you to create an account
  4. Provide the information needed and select SAVE to create the account
  5. A page will open displaying your verification code. Enter this code on the Infotainment System screen. Press OK and SUBMIT, then press OK again
  6. A page will open displaying your verification code. Enter this code on the Infotainment System screen. Press OK and SUBMIT, then press OK again

Reminders:

This vehicle is equipped with over-the-air system updates. Download map updates for the navigation system by going to update.kia.com. Check for updates that are generally available twice a year.

Kia Connect* is currently unavailable for model year 2022 and later vehicles sold or purchased in Massachusetts. See Kia Connect Terms of Service at owners.kia.com for more information on its availability.
