Paddle Shifters
Paddle Shifters are operable when the Rotary Dial Shifter 
is moved into the Drive (D) position.
Paddle Shifting: The system changes from automatic mode to manual mode when you pull the [+] or [-] paddle shifter 
once to shift up or down one gear.
