Reverse Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist is designed to detect pedestrians or objects behind the vehicle and may warn the driver or assist with braking to help avoid a collision while the vehicle is backing up.

To turn PCA on - Press and hold the MODE button ![]()
on the Steering Wheel.

You can also press the SETUP key or the onscreen SETUP button on the Infotainment System. Press VEHICLE to enter Vehicle Settings. Select DRIVER ASSISTANCE, PARKING SAFETY and BACKWARD SAFETY.
To adjust the Warning Method settings, go to VEHICLE SETTINGS, DRIVER ASSISTANCE and under WARNING METHODS, you can adjust the Warning Volume and enable the Haptic Warning.
Adjusting the Warning Timing and Warning Volume may adjust timing and volume levels for other driving assist systems. Only adjust settings when the vehicle is at a standstill, gear shift is in Park and the ignition is on or the Engine Start/Stop button is in the ON position.
