EV Power Button and Gear Shift
To start the vehicle:
1. Depress the brake pedal
2. Press the EV Power button 
while Gear Shift is in Park or Neutral 
To turn the vehicle power off, press the EV Power button. To use the EV Power button, you must have the Smart Key fob on your person.
EV Power Button modes:
- OFF: The vehicle is off
- ACC (Accessory): The vehicle is in accessory position. Limited functions are available
- ON: Some vehicle functions are on. Warning lights can be checked
- START/RUN: The READY indicator will illuminate and the vehicle is ready to drive
Gear Shift positions:
P: Park - Press to place in Park . To move out of Park, rotate stalk 
to D, N or R
D: Drive
N: Neutral
R: Reverse
The vehicle is equipped with a shift-by-wire system and a shift-lock system that prevents you from shifting gears without depressing the brake pedal.
Certain features are available only on select Kia models.
