Driver Attention Warning (DAW)
Driver Attention Warning is designed to monitor the driver’s driving pattern. If DAW detects that the driver’s attention level becomes low, DAW may display a message on the Instrument Cluster, “Consider taking a break,” 
and a warning sound to recommend the driver take a break.
If the vehicle is stopped and Leading Vehicle Departure Alert (LVDA) is enabled, when a detected vehicle in front starts to depart, LVDA can inform the driver by sounding an alert and displaying a message 
on the Instrument Cluster.
Only adjust settings when the vehicle is at a standstill, gear shift is in Park and the ignition is on or the Engine Start/Stop button is in the ON position.
To enable/disable LVDA in Vehicle settings on the Infotainment System – Press the SETUP key or the onscreen SETUP button. Press VEHICLE to enter Vehicle Settings. Select Driver Assistance, then Driver Attention Warning. Select Leading Vehicle Departure Alert to enable it.
To adjust the Warning Volume: Go to Vehicle Settings on the Infotainment System by pressing the SETUP button. Select Vehicle, Driver Assistance, Warning Methods, then Warning Volume. You can also select Driving Safety Priority to temporarily decrease the audio volume when the Driving Safety system sounds a warning.
When activated, DAW does not display “Consider taking a break” message when the total trip driving time is less than 4 minutes.

When engaged, DAW and LVDA are not substitutes for safe driving and may not detect all instances of inattentive driving practices. Failure to pay attention to travel conditions and vehicle operation could result in loss of vehicle control. Always drive safely and use caution.
